Description of the

Antistick ECO 150 LV is the low-viscosity version of our standard release agent Antistick ECO 150. The „LV“ stands for Low Viscosity - the formulation has been specifically adjusted so that it produces a homogeneous, economical and reproducible spray pattern in automatic spraying systems with fine nozzles.

ECO 150 LV is identical to ECO 150 in terms of its active ingredient base and substance behaviour: 100 % vegetable, CLP-free, ADR-free, flash point > 150 °C, biodegradable. The difference lies exclusively in the viscosity and therefore in the behaviour in nozzles, filters and pipes. ECO 150 LV gives companies with high-quality spraying systems the opportunity to switch completely to bio-based release agents without having to adapt their system technology.

Processing instructions

Order type: Spraying system, preferably automatic.
Nozzles: Suitable for fine and medium nozzles.
Spray quantity: Depending on the system and substrate, approx. 3-10 ml per m² per application (often more economical with modern systems than with manual application).
Filter: Close-meshed filters (common in modern systems) are compatible; check very old filters if necessary.
Cleaning the system: Flush the system before switching from another release agent in order to avoid mixed fractions.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Storage location: Dry, protected from frost, protected from direct sunlight.
Storage temperature: 5-30 °C. Reversible thickening possible in case of frost - ready for use again after warming and stirring.
Protective equipment: Protective gloves, safety goggles for spray application.

When should I choose ECO 150 LV instead of ECO 150?
ECO 150 LV is the right choice if you work with automatic spraying systems, fine nozzles or close-meshed filters - in other words, wherever the product viscosity has a direct influence on the spray pattern. For manual application or with coarser nozzles, ECO 150 is the more suitable standard variant.
Yes, in most modern spraying systems. Before switching over, we recommend a system cleaning, a function test and - if you want to be absolutely sure - a practical test on a controlled construction site. We provide test samples and, on request, support from our application technology department.
ECO 150 LV is materially related to ECO 150; the safety data sheet is very similar, but differs in the characteristic value sheet (viscosity). We can supply the product-specific safety data sheet and the technical data sheet with all relevant values on request.
