Frequently asked questions - FAQ

Can bio-based release agents be used in existing spraying systems?
As a rule, yes. Antistick ECO 150 LV is specially formulated for spraying systems with fine nozzles; Antistick ECO 150 and ECO 170 run in most standard spraying systems. Before changing over, we recommend a practical test with the original product - free test samples of 10 or 20 litres are available.
Vegetable release agents should be stored protected from frost. The product may thicken or become slightly cloudy if stored below 0 °C for longer periods. After warming to room temperature and brief stirring, it is usually ready for use again. Detailed instructions can be found in the respective product data sheet.
The old Asfalt Anti-Plak products (A, A Mallen, Extra, Extra Bandenwals) were replaced by the new Antistick ECO range at the turn of the year 2025/2026 and are listed as discontinued products. Existing customers have received separate information on this with an updated safety data sheet and a recommendation for the successor product.
