Bio-based and conventional release agents for the reliable separation of asphalt mixes on machines, vehicles and tools.

Release agents form a thin film between the asphalt mix and the contact surfaces of pavers, rollers, lorry bodies and hand tools. They prevent the hot material from sticking and ensure clean surfaces, even material flow and less cleaning work.
Traditionally, hydrocarbon-based release agents (based on diesel, heating oil or mineral oil derivatives) have been used in road construction. However, these are harmful to health and the environment and are increasingly subject to regulatory restrictions.
With the Antistick ECO line, Green4Clean is focusing on a new generation: 100 % bio-based release agents based on rapeseed oil that equal or exceed conventional products in terms of performance - with a significantly better safety and environmental profile.
