Description of the

Anti Slip Eco is a liquid oil binding agent based on 100 % natural active ingredients. In contrast to classic granulate binders, which produce a mass of hazardous waste that has to be disposed of, Anti Slip Eco combines two functions: a Fast initial effect, which is used to quickly make an oil spill non-slip, and a Biologically active component, which supports the gradual degradation of the bound mineral oil and fuel compounds.

The biosurfactants it contains dissolve the bond between the mineral oil and the substrate, while the nutrients it contains activate the naturally occurring microflora in soil, asphalt and - subject to official authorisation - also in aquatic environments. Anti Slip Eco is therefore particularly suitable for applications in which classic granulate solutions reach their limits logistically or ecologically.

Processing instructions

Order type: Spray bottle, pump sprayer, commercially available spray unit; for larger areas also standard application equipment.
Dosage: Depending on the amount of oil and substrate (see data sheet).
Exposure time: Slip resistance within a short time; biodegradation over days to weeks, depending on the environment.
Not required: Subsequent granulate disposal.
Material compatibility: Compatible with asphalt, paving, concrete and many materials; if in doubt, check compatibility.

In advance

Apply Anti Slip Eco pure (water) or diluted with water up to 30 %.

Application

Apply Anti Slip Eco (mixture) to the entire surface of the oil film using a pressurised sprayer. After applying öFix FMO Strasse, no further treatment is necessary and the oil film is decomposed naturally by micro-organisms and completely broken down within a few days. Only rinse off with a little water afterwards if it has been dry for a long time.

Is Anti Slip Eco comparable to a classic granular binder?
In the initial action - binding traces of oil in a non-slip manner - yes. In the subsequent step, Anti Slip Eco works differently: not as a solid to be disposed of, but as a biological degradation activator. Which approach makes more sense in individual cases depends on the amount of soiling, the surface and local regulations. We can advise you on your choice.
Anti Slip Eco is biodegradable and utilises natural ingredients. However, its use on bodies of water is always subject to the relevant official authorisation and is not permitted across the board. For specific projects - for example in harbour areas - we will be happy to discuss suitability with you and the relevant authorities.
In the simplest case, use a spray bottle or pump sprayer; for larger areas, use standard application equipment such as that commonly used by road maintenance companies or building yards. Specific dosage and contact time recommendations can be found in the technical data sheet.
